CNN Opinion Article: Legalized Pot Would Mean More Addiction

According to Kevin Sabet, the writer of the opinion piece, a report says that cheaper, purer illegal substances suggest that the war on drugs is a failure.  Sabet reports that global drug use has actually been stable in the past ten years.  He says that some think that legalization is a solution, but Sabet explains that it would lead to more drug use because companies will try to increase addiction to make more money.
